Kimberley has over 24 years’ experience in Recruitment, RPO, Organizational Psychology and Talent Management. Since joining Hudson in 1993 as an Organizational Psychologist, she has held a variety of roles spanning Assessment, Talent Management, Strategic Account Management, Recruitment and RPO. Kimberley has worked with some of Asia Pacific’s leading companies to transform their recruitment models worldwide to deliver superior business outcomes, including improving employer brand, quality of hire and retention, while reducing time to hire, cost and risk.

Sid Suhas

Sid is responsible for the expansion of Hudson’s RPO business throughout Asia. He leads the solution design process for clients by understanding the core recruitment challenges for HR leaders and their specific recruitment requirements. He works with Hudson’s specialist RPO team to develop bespoke recruitment solutions that transform the organisation’s recruitment model.

Jade Ferla

Jade is responsible for the overall project management and implementation of new RPO and MSP solutions, management of continuous improvement initiatives for our current solutions including process improvement, recruitment supplier panel reviews and communication and change management. She is also the global product owner of Hudson RPO’s proprietary ATS InGenium which is built on the Salesforce platform.

Cameron Davidson

Cameron and his team partner with organizations on strategic sourcing initiatives, talent pooling, talent pipelining, sourcing strategy creation, implementation and sourcing technology training. Ultimately his roles is to help clients create more effective ways to find and engage their talent.

Cameron also leads recruitment training across the Hudson RPO business.

Suzanne Chadwick

Suzanne has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, with 13 years of it in RPO.

Working onsite for organisations in Australia, Europe and the U.S., Suzanne has built and led successful onsite teams, developed recruitment strategies and executed innovative sourcing solutions to meet the hiring needs of the business.
