Assessment Centres
Help Tell Your Story
An assessment centre utilises multiple assessment tools, such as aptitude tests and risk assessments, to help determine a candidate's overall fit for the job. These exercises typically take between a half day and two days to complete.
The assessment centre process is characterised by participation in several exercises. Some are designed to demonstrate relevant job skills. Others, such as leadership assessment and psychometric assessment, are used to gauge less tangible traits.
Tests are given by licensed assessors, and it is always made clear to candidates which competencies are being evaluated,. Some exercises are group-based, while others are completed individually. If preparation is required, participants are given the pertinent information before assessment day.
