Kimberley Hubble leads Hudson’s RPO business in ANZ and globally across Asia, EMEA and the America’s.
Kimberley has over 20 years experience in the Recruitment, Organisational Psychology and Talent Management industry and over 10 years experience in RPO. Since joining Hudson in 1993 as an Organizational Psychologist, she has held a variety of roles spanning Assessment, Recruitment, Talent Management, Sales & Account Management and RPO. Kimberley established Hudson’s RPO business locally and played a key role in launching Australia’s first-ever RPO solution for Johnson & Johnson in 1999, a solution which continues today. She has worked with some of Australasia’s leading companies to transform their recruitment models and deliver superior business outcomes, including improving quality of hiring, retention and service, while reducing time to hire, cost per hire and organisational risk.
Experience and Achievements
Kimberley's expertise lies in conducting strategic recruitment reviews and designing & implementing sustainable RPO and contingent workforce solutions. Kimberley also offers expertise in a range of Talent Management areas, such as Employment Branding, Job Design; Competency Management, Assessment & Development Centres, Psychometric Assessment, Career & Succession Management and Coaching.
