Executive General Manager, New Zealand
Roman Rogers is Executive General Manager, New Zealand. In this role he is responsible for driving growth and profitability across Hudson's New Zealand business. He remains actively involved in the delivery of specialised human resource consulting services. More specifically, he works with organisations to define HR strategy, implement performance management systems, and provide targeted coaching services to senior executives or management teams.
He has a particular interest in leadership and organisational values. Outside Hudson, he is actively involved in the community by supporting Life Education Trust and working with community based iwi organisations
Experience and Achievements
Roman has 13 years experience in the industry, 11 of those with Hudson. Prior to Hudson Roman held portfolio, people, project and change management positions within the financial services sector.
Roman has recently furthered his professional development, completing an 18 month Executive Leadership Programme through the New Zealand Leadership Institute and The University of Auckland Business School.
